Department: MARKETING

Job Summary/Objective:
The Marketing Responsible will work closely coordinated with Corporate Marketing team in order to
move and adapt marketing plans and strategies to the business in Europe, deploying successful
marketing campaigns, coordinate events in Europe, managing the marketing budget in Europe, and
ensuring that all material is in according to brand identity, adequate product information for
customers, serving as community manager of institutional social networks in Spain and Europe.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
 Production and Operation of Marketing


1. Prepare and monitor marketing plans, basically transferred and adapted from corporate plans.
2. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds,
coordinated with Sales.
3. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their adaptation and implementation to the
European markets.
4. Build strategic relationships and partner with interest communication players, agencies, and key
5. Oversee and approve marketing material, and any material that uses Advanced Nutrients image.
6. Analyze customer behavior and adjust email and advertising accordingly.
7. Produce valuable and engaging content for websites, blog, Instagram… and other social
networks that attracts and converts target groups.

8. Edit technical and informational material, provided by Sales Team and Tech Team, about
Advanced Nutrients products to create tools for Business buddies and sellers.
9. Serve as community manager, encouraging and maintaining fluid communication with
customers, and responding to customer questions, and expectations, by channeling and
distributing information among affected departments.
10. Collaborate in the organization of events to make the most of them at the image and media level.
11. Collaborate and promote the relationship with specialized media and other players of interest.
12. Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand and the products.
13. Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency.
14. Coordinate all events in Europe.
15. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure
everything is in order.
16. Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
17. Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
18. Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.

Required Skills/Abilities:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
 Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related soft
 Extensive experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
 Polyvalence.
 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
 Team-player.
 High level in 1 or 2 languages, in addition to Spanish and English (written and speaking).
 Ability to work independently, without direct supervision and with a Team that has many off-
site members.
 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details.

Education and Experience:

BS degree in Marketing or related field.
Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies.
At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to travel when required to events and other meetings around the territory and
