Sales Advisor - Cultivators
We’re looking for results-driven Sales Advisors for our Commercial Division to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. This position provides a great base pay plus amazing incentives and rewards for results
- Direct Sales Experience: At least 5 years of Cultivation experience.
- In-depth interest and knowledge of all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including genetics, fertigation, lighting, crop analysis and nutrient use.
- Hands on, self-motivated, driven with a proven track record in sales and building relationships
- Present, promote, and sell products/services
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Focus on meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and milestones
- Ability to close sales and turn them into repeat and loyal partners/customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- 2-3 years of CBD/Cannabis sales experience
- Strong sales skills and self-motivation
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Highly organized
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
