The Role:

We’re looking for results-driven Sales Advisors for our Commercial Division to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. This position provides a great base pay plus amazing incentives and rewards for results

Experience:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of Cultivation experience.
  • In-depth interest and knowledge of all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including genetics, fertigation, lighting, crop analysis and nutrient use.
  • Hands on, self-motivated, driven with a proven track record in sales and building relationships

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Focus on meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and milestones
  • Ability to close sales and turn them into repeat and loyal partners/customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills Needed

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • 3+ years of Cannabis Cultivation Experience
  • Strong sales skills and self-motivation
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly organized
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
